L’année 2017 voit Spoek Mathambo sortir « Mzansi Beat Code », un album aux parfums électro–afro-dance révélant des richesses sonores de « Mzansi » (Afrique du Sud en argot local) et de magnifiques chansons, dont I Found U, une ode à l’amour réalisée en featuring avec Fantasma (un groupe sud-africain) et Kajama (un duo composé des sœurs Nandi et Nongoma Ndlovu).
